The agreement between you and Ome TV Online. It is grouped by the questions people actually ask, and every section opens with a one-line answer before the detail.

What am I agreeing to?
Plain answer: By using the site you accept these terms, plus the policies they point to.
This agreement covers every part of Ome TV Online: the site on desktop and mobile, public pages, chat, matching, calls, checkout and anything connected to them. Using the service means you accept it together with the privacy policy, the community guidelines and any extra rules shown for a particular feature. If that is not acceptable to you, please stop using the service. Carrying on after we revise these terms counts as accepting the new version.
Is Ome TV Online part of OmeTV?
Plain answer: No. It is a separate service with separate owners.
There is no affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship between Ome TV Online and OmeTV or the company that owns OmeTV. When you open an account, pay or ask for help here, you are dealing with Ome TV Online alone. Accounts held with other services are invisible to us and outside our control.
Who is allowed to sign up, and who looks after my account?
Plain answer: Adults only. Your account is your responsibility.
You must be at least 18, or older where local law sets a higher minimum, and allowed to use a service like this where you live. Whatever you tell us when registering, signing in, verifying, paying or building a profile has to be true and kept up to date. Guard your login details; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
No accounts built on fake, borrowed or stolen details.
No selling, renting, lending or handing over your account unless we have agreed to it.
No tricks to dodge security checks, usage limits or access restrictions.
Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.
What is included, and can features disappear?
Plain answer: The feature set varies, and any part of it may change or stop.
At any given time the service might offer photo and video posts, private messages and alerts, random matching with voice or video calls, groups and other social tools, coins, VIP and virtual gifts, and controls such as reporting, blocking and account settings.
Any feature can be introduced, altered, limited, paused or removed, whether for legal, technical, product, safety or commercial reasons. We cannot promise that a given feature will stay, or that it will always work without interruption.
Who answers for what I post?
Plain answer: You do. Anything public can be seen, copied and picked up by search engines.
Depending on the feature, other people, or the wider internet, may see your name on the site, your picture, your profile and your posts. Only post what you have permission to post and are happy to have out in the open. Public material can be viewed, reshared, cached or indexed, and removing it from Ome TV Online does not instantly remove copies held elsewhere. It is on you to make sure your posts respect the law, other people’s rights and our rules.
What is off limits?
Plain answer: Anything illegal, abusive, dishonest or designed to disrupt the service.
Do not use Ome TV Online to bully, exploit, trick or hurt anyone, or to interfere with other users or with the service itself. That rules out, among other things:
illegal, infringing, fraudulent or deceptive posts;
sexual material involving children, any exploitative material, threats of violence, hate speech or content that breaks safety standards;
pretending to be another person, or lying about who you are or which person or brand you represent;
automated or technical abuse such as bots, scrapers or reverse engineering;
scams, payment arrangements taken off the platform, spam and similar commercial abuse.
In chats and calls, do not stalk, threaten, blackmail, harass or defraud anyone, invite illegal activity, send harmful links, or push anyone toward something unsafe or forbidden. We cannot guarantee who you are matched with, how often people reply or how good a call sounds. How you behave, and what you choose to reveal, is up to you; when something feels wrong, block and report.
How do coins, VIP and payments work?
Plain answer: You see the price before paying. Digital items cannot be cashed out and normally cannot be refunded.
The service may sell coins, VIP subscriptions, virtual gifts, premium tools, paid content and other digital products. The relevant purchase, payment or account screen shows the price, what you get, who can buy it and how it may be used.
Payment providers outside our company may process your payment, under their own terms and privacy rules; we do not necessarily keep your full card number.
Coins and other digital benefits cannot be exchanged for money, except where the law says otherwise.
Once a digital purchase is complete, or a paid service has been used, it is normally not refundable, unless the law or the rules for that product say otherwise.
Fraud, chargebacks, misuse of payment methods or suspected use without permission can result in cancelled orders, restricted features, an account review or suspension.
Whether you can access something you bought may depend on your account standing, whether the product is still offered, your device and our operating rules.
Anything bought on Ome TV Online is for Ome TV Online only; it has no value on OmeTV or any other service and cannot be refunded there.
What about outside services the site uses?
Plain answer: They follow their own rules, which are not ours.
Sign-in, payment, analytics, hosting, content delivery and support may rely on other companies, and some links take you to sites we do not run. Their own terms and privacy notices govern how you use them. We cannot vouch for their availability or security, and we are not answerable for what happens on services outside our control.
Who owns the site and the things posted on it?
Plain answer: We own the platform. You own your posts and let us use them to run the service.
The code, design, branding and other protected parts of the service belong to Ome TV Online or the people who licence them to us. Material you create lawfully stays yours, but you allow us to store, show, process, moderate and distribute it as far as running the service reasonably requires. Upload only material you are entitled to use. Copying, scraping, redistributing or reverse engineering protected parts of the service without our permission is not allowed. Infringement complaints are dealt with as explained on the copyright page.
What can happen if I break the rules?
Plain answer: Removal of content, limits on features, or suspension or closure of the account.
When we suspect a breach of these terms, the safety or payment rules, the community standards or the law, we may look into it and take whatever reasonable steps protect the service, its users, partners or the public. Those steps include:
taking content down or hiding it;
warnings, or caps on posting, chatting, matching or buying;
pausing, reviewing, freezing or closing an account;
cancelling transactions, withholding benefits or undoing credits granted on the platform, as far as law and our rules permit;
keeping relevant records and helping with lawful requests from authorities.
After an account is closed, some of its data may be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time. Some records may still be kept where they are needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, resolving disputes or enforcement.
How far does your responsibility go?
Plain answer: The service comes as it is available, within limits the law allows.
Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of this agreement. None of these terms take away rights you have under privacy or consumer law.
We try hard to keep Ome TV Online running, secure and worthwhile. Even so, as far as the law permits, it is offered as available, and we do not promise uninterrupted service, a total absence of errors, that any feature will last, or any particular personal, social or commercial result. Within the same legal limits, we are not liable for losses caused by outside services, content posted by users, what users do to one another, someone getting into your account because your own details were not kept safe, or events we could not reasonably control. Where the law does not allow liability to be limited or excluded, nothing here tries to do so.
Can these terms be changed?
Plain answer: Yes. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
We may revise this agreement when the service, its design, the law or our risk controls change. For significant revisions we may move the review date at the top and announce the change on the platform or through another suitable channel. Questions about the terms: [email protected].
