Contact Ome TV Online
Everything goes through one email address, whether it is a payment that never arrived or a safety report. Below: what to write about, what to put in the message, and what we will never ask you for.

How do I get in touch?
Plain answer: Email support. There is no other official route.
Our address is [email protected]. Account trouble, billing, reports, policy questions: all of it lands in the same inbox. Sticking to this one address keeps your message from going astray and makes it much harder for someone to impersonate us.
What sort of things can I ask about?
Plain answer: Accounts, reviews of your profile or content, calls, payments, communities and our policies.
- Signing in
- Can’t log in, password or email-verification problems, a restricted account, odd activity, changing linked details.
- Profile and content checks
- A rejected avatar, nickname or bio, removed content, a moderation decision you disagree with, what others can see.
- Chat and calls
- Chat or matching not loading, voice or video dropping, someone harassing you or acting suspiciously.
- Payments
- A payment that failed or looks stuck, coins, VIP or gifts that never showed up, a purchase you cannot open.
- Clubs
- Setting one up or joining, club name or picture checks, disagreements between members.
- Policies and safety
- Data and privacy requests, questions about the terms, anything that worries you about a minor, copyright notices.
What helps you sort it out faster?
Plain answer: Details about what happened. Never your password.
- your account ID, if you have an account;
- where in the site it happened;
- an approximate date and time;
- for a payment, what the payment result screen showed;
- a screenshot, when you have one.
Leave out passwords, one-time codes and complete card numbers. We do not need them and will not ask.
Can you fix my OmeTV account?
Plain answer: No. We only look after Ome TV Online.
Ome TV Online is a separate, independent service with no tie to OmeTV or the company behind it. For an account, a ban or a payment on any other platform, please go to that platform. We cannot see or change anything there.
How can I tell if a message really came from you?
Plain answer: If it arrived anywhere other than our official address, assume it did not.
- Do not give anyone your password or a one-time code, whoever they claim to be.
- Ignore payment instructions or collection requests that come from outside the site.
- Tell us about suspicious links, fake staff, scams or abuse the moment you see them.
Worried that your account or card details are exposed? Email support right away.
What happens after I write?
Plain answer: Messages are dealt with by type and urgency, and some need extra checks first.
How a message is handled depends on what it is about, how serious it is, how much detail it gives, and whether we need to confirm anything before acting safely. Messages about account security, unusual payments, abuse, community safety or enforcement decisions may go through an extra review before you get a final answer.
